gatwick problem
Another dissatisfied passenger was contacted. This time at Gatwick Airport.
they said:
Just read your article on the Birmingham problem. I'm sitting at Gatwick North looking at the screen and the next five TUI departures have been delayed and one looks set to be canceled altogether. No tail visible. However, we were given £9 food and drink vouchers which were marked TUI but handed to us by airport staff (not TUI). My flight was scheduled to leave for Antalya at 14:35. The door data shows 1755.
